Roles and permissions

Every member of an organization has a role. Roles decide who can change loans, who can work the books, and who can only look.

• Org Admin — full control, including settings and team
• Editor — works loans day to day
• Viewer — sees the book, changes nothing
• Accounting — works the books without org-admin rights
• Bank Partner — read-only access for a bank or capital partner

Give your bank partner a window, not a spreadsheet

Banks and capital partners want to know where their money is. The Bank Partner role gives them read-only access to the loans, so they can check status themselves instead of waiting for a report. You can see their activity, and for one-off requests you can share a single draw by link.

Multiple entities, one login

Many lenders run separate LLCs for different funds or partners. In PML each entity is its own organization with its own loans, capital, and books. If you belong to more than one, you switch between them without signing in again.

Grow without counting seats

PML doesn't cap the number of loans or team members in an organization. Add the bookkeeper, the loan processor, and the partner who just wants to look — each with the role that fits.
