A borrower portal under your brand, not ours.
Your borrowers get a clean, secure portal with your company's name on it. You get fewer emails, and every request arrives in one inbox tied to the loan.
What borrowers can do
Borrowers sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email. The code is valid for 10 minutes, and there's no password to forget. Their home screen lists every loan they have with you, grouped by entity, with status and a past-due flag when it applies.
- Check the current balance, account summary, terms, and construction budget
- Estimate a payoff and submit an official payoff request
- Request draws with progress photos and receipts
- Review payment history
- Upload a driver's license, entity documents, and insurance declaration
- Sign ACH authorizations and update personal and entity information
- See which documents are still outstanding
- Request a new loan, contact you, and read a help page
What you get as the lender
Requests from the portal land in your Borrower Requests inbox, with a badge in the sidebar when draws or payoffs need action. From there you review and fund draws, generate payoff statements and send them to the title company, and read messages borrowers send you.
Inquiries from your own website forms arrive in a Contact Submissions inbox. Borrowers can reach the portal at your own address — for example, app.yourcompany.com — which we set up with you.
- Borrower Requests inbox with an action badge
- Draw review, inspection, approval, and funding
- Payoff statements generated and sent to title
- Messages from borrowers
- Contact Submissions inbox for website inquiries
- Your own borrower domain
How bank details are handled
When a borrower signs an ACH authorization, their bank account and routing numbers are used to generate the signed document and are embedded in that PDF, not stored as separate records. Re-signing creates a new active version and keeps earlier ones for history.
Your brand the whole way
The portal carries your company name. Borrowers deal with you, the lender they chose, and PML stays in the background.
